Coming soon. Medication review by video, anywhere in the UK
Fewer medications. Fewer diagnoses.
Every medicine on your list was started for a reason, and every diagnosis on your record was given for one. A doctor trained in our method checks whether those reasons still fit you, then writes you a plan.

Better health by subtraction.
Medicines are added one at a time, each for a good reason, and are rarely taken away. Diagnoses work the same way. We look back at both.
Two questions, every time
Most medication reviews start from the diagnosis as given. Fewer starts one step earlier.
Do you still need this medicine?
Why each one was started, whether it is still doing its job, and whether it is causing problems of its own.
Does the diagnosis still fit?
Some labels were given in a hurry, or a long time ago. We look at the history behind each one. Where it needs a closer look in person, we say so, and say who should do it.
A written plan, with your GP in the loop
Keep, reduce or stop for each medicine, any diagnosis worth reviewing, and a letter to your GP.
Nothing is stopped without a doctor, and nothing changes without your GP knowing. Being told you need everything you take is a good outcome too.
Rather be seen in person?
Fewer was founded by Dr Dan Reardon, who sees patients face to face in Sutton Coldfield.
